Meet Uhuru
Uhuru Small is a certified travel sterile processing technician. He knows decontam, prep and pack, and sterile storage from the inside, and he knows what it feels like to walk into a new facility and be expected to perform on day one.
That experience shapes every placement we make. Before we send anyone to your department, we ask the questions Uhuru would want asked: Is this tech ready for these trays and this case volume? Do they know the equipment? Will they be supported once they arrive?
