Important: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any service, employment, enrollment, or purchase. You may opt out at any time without affecting your eligibility for Stellar Care services.

Message frequency varies based on your individual interactions with our services. The volume of messages you receive depends on factors including your current staffing activity, onboarding progress, training program participation, and outstanding service-related inquiries.

For example, participants actively enrolled in a training class may receive more frequent reminders than a candidate in an inactive placement period. We aim to send only messages that are relevant and timely to your situation.

Message and Data Rates, Carrier Liability

Standard Rates Apply

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan and data package. Stellar Care is not responsible for any charges incurred through your wireless carrier.

Variable Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service, including staffing activity, onboarding progress, and participation in training or educational programs.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and individual carrier routing. Contact your carrier for rate and coverage information.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. You are never locked in, and unsubscribing will not affect your access to Stellar Care services or your enrollment status in any program.

Just text STOP to +1 (844) 492-2730. After you send the message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to your number.

Please note: If you have multiple phone numbers registered with Stellar Care, you must send STOP from each number you wish to unsubscribe. Opt-out requests apply per phone number.
