Leadership fundamentals for SPD leads and supervisors
10-week online SPD Management & Leadership curriculum
Department operations: workflow, tray flow, turnover timing, inventory control
Scheduling, coverage, call-outs, and basic staffing structure
Quality, compliance, and survey readiness (Joint Commission, accreditation, documentation standards)
Weekly optional leadership office hours with an instructor
Certificate of Completion from Stellar Care LLC is issued only after all coursework is completed, final assessments are passed at 85%+ and tuition is fully paid

Communication coaching for reporting up to OR leadership, Infection Control, and hospital administration

You'll receive onboarding and login details. Across 10 weeks online, you'll build supervisor-level language in areas like compliance, quality, staffing, communication with OR and Infection Control, and readiness for audits.
Important Program Info
Certificates of Completion are issued by Stellar Care LLC only after all coursework is completed, final assessments are passed at 85% or higher, and tuition is fully paid.
Partial completion does not qualify for a certificate.
